Training

Andes Spirit offers  outdoor training  in our Training Center  "Yachay" located in the town of San Juan, at the foot of Mountain Chimborazo, our workshops are designed with the experiential learning, which plans and implements programs to development skills and abilities: teamwork, leadership, effective communication, conflict management and resolution, process management, among others. Through a common thread with examples of case studies we focus on different moments and situations in order to better understand how organizations work and the interpretation of the reality of people, to take appropriate and timely decisions that improve working environment, business climate and personal and institutional relationships that allow higher levels of performance, building trust, communication, tolerance and cooperation. For this reason, training programs are geared to improve quality processes and customer service both externally and internally.

Our professional team is trained in facilitation and conducting workshops for our clients according to their needs and issues of interest of the company or organization, our lead facilitators and systematize all the information of what is discussed and analyzed in their workshops with amazing ability synthesis and clarity.
